All visitors must provide their own linens, towels, and paper goods. Avon's Calling is styled and equipped according to the preferences of its owner. A coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, silverware, glasses, mattress pads, pillows, and blankets or comforters are included. Reservation charges, fees for partial stays, pet-related costs, taxes, and insurance are applicable.

In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period.
