Salty Dog is a great family vacation getaway! Location is a downstairs unit. Beach goers or fisherman can enjoy a weeks stay! The beach is just a 2 minute walk. Beach chairs are available for taking to the beach and relaxing. Across from the condo you can go enjoy the pool or relax in the Hot tub. Two parking spaces designated in front of Condo noted with Unit number 101. Beautifully decorated condo with 1200 sq ft of living space. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range oven, refrigerator, microwave and several small appliances. Condo also has washer, dryer, central air and heat. There is also an outdoor grill for cooking and private patio with deck furniture.

In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather.
